Spectrum is a family business with a team dedicated to serving ADF personnel.
Spectrum’s principals, Reid and Melinda, are chartered accountants with more than 20 years’ experience serving Defence personnel. The rest of the team are also highly experienced. The Spectrum team know that when you work in the ADF, you move around a lot and have access to special financial entitlements.
The problem is, most finance professionals don’t understand the ADF, so they can’t provide the expert financial and tax advice you deserve. But we specialise in Defence. Even better, we’re a one-stop shop for all things financial, including property investment, home loans and tax advice. That means we never lose sight of the big picture – how to set you up for long-term financial success.
Melinda is a chartered accountant with nearly 30 years of industry experience. She works part-time so she can spend more quality time with her three daughters.
Reid assists with all things financial, being a Chartered Accountant, Tax agent, Accredited Mortgage Consultant, Real Estate agent and Justice of the Peace. Benefit from Reid’s 20 years of experience in taxation, property, mortgage finance and cashflow management.
You’ll love Adrian, and not just because he’s such a nice guy. Adrian is a trusted adviser on mortgage structures, property investment strategies and taxation. He listens closely to his clients’ situation, so he can provide expert, personalised advice.
Lenise will save you from the many stresses that come with building. Since 2009, Lenise has worked with clients to make sure their property is built to a high standard, as specified in the building contract. Lenise is responsible for the pre-construction, construction and handover phases of your property, and will keep you informed throughout. She’ll continue to support you post-settlement, on things like builders warranties and property management, to make sure your investment delivers on your expectations.
Lucy has been serving Spectrum clients for over 15 years. She’ll help you during the construction completion process, to make sure you get maximum value and minimum stress from your property experience. Lucy has a vast amount of knowledge of building, property and finance.
Maria has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail banking and mortgage sectors, so she’s an absolute expert in property and finance. Maria knows that purchasing property is not only an enormous investment, but can also be very stressful. So she’ll provide you with excellent home loan advice, and will also hold your hand through the whole process.
Harry loves helping people to realise their dreams. He has had a long and successful career in finance and enjoys solving your problems so you can rest easy. Harry has also worked with ADF clients for the past 8 years and understands all things Defence, including Defence entitlements and allowances.
